Feather The Nest                              

Feather the Nest, our primary fundraiser, is an easy way for families and friends of LVE to help. By making a donation in any amount using our online store or sending a check to the school, you can help us build our fundraising balance. This allows us to fundraise once, without the burden of selling trash bags, cookie dough or wrapping paper, and without the need to ask again and again throughout the year.

What do Feather the Nest donations go toward?

Every penny – 100% – of your donation will go directly into our fundraising balance, which:

1. Funds teacher & staff classroom requests for items that will be used to support curriculum goals, such as magazine and curriculum annual subscriptions, sensory walls for each pod, and learning manipulatives... 2. allows us to host free community events as we’re able. We are committed to cultivating a community of inclusion, without barriers to entry. We’ve hosted dances, movie nights, virtual trivia… all kinds of fun family activities. We’re excited about what we can plan this year!

3. Our annual carnival, Eagle Bash, happens at the end of the year and features a DJ, inflatables, face painters and food trucks.  What a way to end the year!

What is the fundraising goal?

The PTO is currently evaluating what the goal should be for the 24/25 school year.  Expect an update early in the school year!

When is the deadline to donate?

Typically Feather the Nest runs through September, however more information will come as we grow closer to the fundraiser launch.
